We have a few different ways you can take advantage of Automatic Listings, but the process is generally the same.

Step 1:

Review our partner pages, each partner has specific instructions on how you can get your listings posted quickly. In most cases, this requires an account with our partner.
Step 2:

To get started. click Add a Feed. You will be presented with options on how to get your rentals listed automatically.
Step 3:

Once you have added your information, it will be processed and approved. This generally takes 24-48 hours and you will be notified via email when the feed is active.

Once your feed becomes active, your vacation rentals will begin to appear in your dashboard. They will be updated when you update the source of the information.

Modifying the number of properties

You can modify the number of properties you add to RentalSpot.com at anytime.

When you increase the number of properties you add to RentalSpot.com, you will be charged a prorated value based on your current renewal period. The prorated value will be determined at the time you check out.

When you decrease the number of properties you add to RentalSpot.com, you will be refunded a prorated value based on your current renewal period. The prorated value will be determined at the time you check out and will be automatically refunded to you within 24-48 hours.

To change the number of properties added to RentalSpot.com:

Log into your RentalSpot.com account.
Click on the 'Manage Feeds' menu option on your dashboard.
Click on the 'Manage Properties' option associated with the ISI Link feed information.
You will see your current subscription settings and information.
Enter the new Total number of properties you wish to have on RentalSpot.com.
Click the 'Calculate Price' button. You will see information regarding any one time charges or refunds.
