The Cambria House, a wooden beach bungalow built in 1920, offers the charm of an old style raised beach cottage with an updated interior just steps from the stunning beach practically outside your front door. Each of our five bedrooms is furnished with queen beds, plus 3 twin beds in the small loft, for kids ages 6 and up. Whether you enjoy a dip in the private pool or pamper yourself in the hot tub, Cambria House encourages relaxation. Just north of Pier 60, our 5-bedroom bungalow, features privacy and convenience as Cambria House is ideally located for you to explore the shops and restaurants in Clearwater Beach. Professionally decorated and furnished with all the comforts of home. With 5 bedrooms, each with new queen beds, and 3 twin beds in the loft, the beach rental house can sleep 15 if you use the pull out sofa. All rooms are private with doors, but one of the bedrooms is accessed through another bedroom in the back part of the vacation beach house. The back part of the house was an apartment that was made into two bedrooms and one bathroom. The property has room for up to 3 cars. The property comes with a PRIVATE pool and hot tub. Full cable with movie channels included. All doors leading to pool have safety chains at the top prevent little ones from wandering outside. There is also a public pool and brand new Tennis courts a short walk from the property. The trolley stops right by the property and its available all around Clearwater Beach. The spectacular location of the holiday beach house is a more secluded area of the beach just north of all the action. Either play on the private part of the beach by the house, or walk up a few blocks to the Pier 60, festivities, park, restaurants, public pool and tennis courts. Tampa International Airport or St. Petersburg/Clearwater airports are equally convenient - just a 25 minute drive from either airport. Tampa Busch Gardens is only a 30 minute drive. Easy 90 minute drive to Disney World, MGM Studios, Universal Studio theme parks. Great location for enjoying the beach and getting to the theme parks, Busch Gardens, Lowery Park Zoo, Florida Aquarium, and professional baseball spring training central location. The Pier 60 area is the best part of Clearwater Beach with a giant new covered playground, live music, and a daily sunset festival - all free and not to be missed. Great family location with plenty of inexpensive unique activities to do for all ages.
