This two bedroom is approx. 972-1,103 sq. ft. Features a King, a Queen and a sofa bed. There are two full baths and a partial kitchen including: cook top, microwave, dishwasher, full sized refrigerator, basic kitchenware.

CONDITIONS: The dates for this reservation are fixed, and the dates cannot be changed. The images depicted are stock photos of the resort, and are NOT the actual condo for rent. The specific rooms are not assigned until check-in, and the view will not be determined until check-in, unless otherwise stated in the listing, though all units face the ocean. There are NO REFUNDS! Please provide the name to be placed on the reservation upon payment. Guest confirmations and all needed documentation and directions will be e-mailed within 5-7 business days of receiving payment.

Cleaning Expectations of Renter:
Standard timeshare procedures: place dishes in dishwasher and start. Remove trash to recepticles and strip beds of linens and put into bathroom.
Check-In Procedure:
The reservation will be in the name of the renter.
Check-Out Procedure:
Complete required check out procedure then just drop the keys at the desk.
Additional Information:
When payment is received, I will place the reservation in the name of the renter and send confirmation.
