A lovely 3-bedroom 2-Bath home with a south-facing screened in pool in the gated community of the Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club.

The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, en suite bath, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a large closet. The third bedroom has two twin-sized beds and a large closet. The master bath and family bath both have combined shower/tub, and are equipped with hair dryers.

The kitchen is fully equipped with service for eight, with stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and small appliances such as blender and hand mixer.

There is an HDTV and DVD in the sitting area, and cable TVs with DVD players in the two queen bedrooms. A washer and dryer are provided in the attached garage.

The south-facing pool is screened to keep insects out, but allows plenty of sunshine. The back yard overlooks the second fairway of the Southern Dunes golf course. Pool heat (recommended in the winter months) is available at additional cost.

The Southern Dunes community has a gatehouse which is manned 24-hours a day providing increased security and privacy.
