$275/USD refundable security deposit required on all rentals. Deposit is refunded 10 days from date of departure once villa keys/remote have been return, and inventory report has been completed and villa found to be in good order.

Cleaning Expectations of Renter:
Clients are expected to care for the property as if it were their own. Rearranging of furniture is not permitted. This includes the LCD TVs, DVD players, iPod speakers etc.
Check-In Procedure:
Administrator will meet & greet you and supply you with Villa keys, remote control acccess to complex, give you tour of villa and complete arrival inventory, provide you with instructions on how to utilize Villa alarm system
Check-Out Procedure:
Administrator will meet with you 1 hour prior to your departure for the retrieval of Villa keys, remote control acccess to complex, and complete departure inventory.
Additional Information:
Villa #3 has a local phone line where you can receive calls at no additional fee but must utilize calling cards to make outbound calls.

- Airport Transportation (Pick Up & Drop Off): $45.00/USD (One Way Per Vehicle)
- Food Shopping Service: $40.00/US (plus the cost of food)
