Off the kitchen and living room there is a dining room with windows and a glass door that opens onto a private balcony with views of the ski slopes.
The lower level of the condo is a bedroom suite with a queen bed, cable TV. a wood burning brick fireplace, a full bath and a kitchenette with a sink, two burners and a small refrigerator.

Deposit and Refund Policy:
We require ½ of your total deposit at time of booking via Visa, MasterCard or a Personal Check. A Security Deposit is due upon arrival. Balance is due in full 30 days prior to your arrival. For rental of 30 days or less there are No refunds given for holiday stays or early departure. You may cancel your reservations prior to 45 days of your arrival, subject to a refund less a service charge. Cancellations received within 45 days of arrival date result in forfeiture of all monies. For Rentals that are more than 30 days refunds for cancellations received prior to 45 days of scheduled arrival date will be at the sole discretion of the owner. Cancellations received within 45 days of scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of all rental monies.

Cleaning Expectations of Renter:
Upon departure we would appreciate you straightening up the property, strip the beds and bag all trash.
Check-In Procedure:
Arrivals must check in at our office located at 101 Main Street near the Village Green. If you are arriving after 5:00 P.M. we will arrange for a late night check-in.
Check-Out Procedure:
Guests must check out at 11:00 A.M. We ask that you return your keys to our office. Guests checking out early can leave their keys in our "key Return Box" outside our office.
Additional Information:
You are required to sign a Rental Lease Agreement, a Cancellation Policy and guest check-in Card and a Security Damage Deposit with us before arrival. All arrivals must check-in at the Trails End Accommodations office which is located at 101 Main St
