There are also 2 bedroom on the lower level, one with a queen and bunk, that sleeps 4, the other bedroom has 2 bunks that sleeps 4.
The main level living room has a cathedral ceiling and is open to dining room and kitchen area. Has a beautiful wood burnign stoone fireplace, 50" Plasma TV w/cable, an IPOD docking station and a glass door that opens onto a large deck. There is a separate family room in the lower level with a 46" HDTV, computer, Xbox and foosball.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and stone counter tops. Hi-Speed internet (WIFI) and a washer/dryer and linens are available for your convenience. There is also a two car garage and a privated heated indoor pool. The master bedroom baths in the upper level both have whirlpool tubs.
This is a very nice newly constructed 4500 sq. ft. home that is well appointed with lots of room. The entry has ceramic tile, there are wood floors and wall to wall capeting upstairs and down. Located a short walk from the Sachem Ski Trail and l mile to the village of Ludlow.

We require ½ of your total deposit at time of booking via Visa, MasterCard or a Personal Check. A Security Deposit is due upon arrival. Balance is due in full 30 days prior to your arrival. For rental of 30 days or less there are No refunds given for holiday stays or early departure. You may cancel your reservations prior to 45 days of your arrival, subject to a refund less a service charge. Cancellations received within 45 days of arrival date result in forfeiture of all monies. For Rentals that are more than 30 days refunds for cancellations received prior to 45 days of scheduled arrival date will be at the sole discretion of the owner. Cancellations received within 45 days of scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of all rental monies.

Cleaning Expectations of Renter:
Upon departure we would appreciate you straightening up the property, strip the beds and bag all trash.
Check-In Procedure:
Arrivals must check in at our office located at 101 Main Street near the Village Green. If you are arriving after 5:00 P.M. we will arrange for a late night check-in.
Check-Out Procedure:
Guests must check out at 11:00 A.M. We ask that you return your keys to our office. Guests checking out early can leave their keys in our "key Return Box" outside our office.
Additional Information:
You are required to sign a Rental Lease Agreement, a Cancellation Policy and guest check-in Card and a Security Damage Deposit with us before arrival. All arrivals must check-in at the Trails End Accommodations office which is located at 101 Main St
