Wireless high speed internet provided by Horizons 4 (instructions posted in unit). Dog unit rules: 1) Do not leave your dog alone in the unit. 2) Pick up after your dog. 3) Keep your dog on a leash (it's the law). If you do not follow these rules, there will be a $100.00 fine.
