Our condo is located in a 33 acre Gated Community. The Resort has many, many amenities. We have the largest ocean front pool in all of Myrtle Beach and the 2nd largest Lazy River in M.B. There are 6 pools on the property. Indoor, outdoor and an indoor/outdoor pool with a KIDDIE POOL; 2 pools are heated. We have: 5 spas; 6 lighted tennis courts; a Playground; beach volleyball; shuffleboard; basketball; putting green; a bocci ball court; game room; library; workout rooms, saunas, steam rooms; adult swings and outdoor grills in picnic area.
The Resort has 2 Bath houses, a restaurant, a beech front bar, a store and more.
Our condo is a fully equipped large 2 bedroom/2 full bath 'home away from home'. You will find a full kitchen with all of the utensils and dishes you will want. The Dining Room has a large table that seats 6 persons. The Living Room has a Queen Sofa Sleeper. 2 reclining chairs, a TV, books, games, puzzles. The Master Bedroom has a Queen size bed, a wall mounted TV, a ceiling fan with light, a Wall Safe, alarm clock, radio, and an adjoining full bathroom with a hair dryer. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, a TV and a ceiling fan with light and the other extras.
The 2nd bathroom is between the bedroom and the living room. It also has an electric hairdryer. On the 25 foot long Balcony, you will find a Balcony Box that is filled with items to be used at the beach and in the Atlantic.
We provide our Guests with many no-charge extras in our attmept to make the vacation more enjoyable and also less expensive. We provide: soap; laundry detergent; dishwasher soap; toilet paper; paper towels; plastic liners for the wastebaskets and seasonings for your cooking needs.
You will find an iron if you want to touch up your clothing. All of the other items are also in our Furnace Room.
Check-in is Easy and Fast. The Gate has attendants 24/7. You can check-in whenever you arrive. NO Waiting or Hassle.
Our cleaning staff does a good job so you will find a clean condo for your vacation. We provide the linens, a Paid Gate Pass, exit cleaning in our rental rates. S. Carolina taxes are 12%.

Deposit and Refund Policy:
We have had Great Guests so we no longer have a Security Deposit. If the Reservation is cancelled 30 or more days prior to the start of the Vacation, a refund will be sent promptly.

Key in Key Guard lock box on door. We will give you the 4 digit number to unlock the Key Box.
Check-Out Procedure:
Strip beds to make sure you have not left anything and put lines in a pile. Leave the Key on the Dining Room Table

We have a lot of families as Guests, expecially during the Summer. Fall is the time where we have Golfers. January through March is Snow Bird Vacation time. Spring is for School Vacations, early Golf, a mid-winter Break and Shopping time.
