Owner Description

We have a wonderful second floor apartment with four bedrooms, 4 large bathroom, great open layout kitchen, living room, dining area, sun deck with views of the neighborhood.

The apartment is light, bright, sunny and very easy to live in.

Included: WIFI, fully loaded digital cable, towels and linens.

All the bedrooms are spacious that features a king-size bed, full-size bed, full-size futon, queen-size sleep sofa, and two twin-size beds. There is a full eat-in kitchen, which is fully equipped with small appliances, pots, pans, gadgets, etc. The bathrooms are bright and cheerful. The living room is spacious, comfortable and charming and also has a sleeper sofa. Our pride of ownership is evident throughout the house and, in addition to the amenities listed below, each room is equipped with Central air conditioning, blankets are provided . We request that you honor our no smoking and no pets policy for our benefit and for our other tenant.
