The apartment is just renovated, everything is brand new, attractive and clean, with spacious tall ceilings, original moldings and hardwood floors.
It is a very quiet apartment and the kitchen and bath both have windows.
The bedroom has a brand new queen bed, original shutters and lots of charm.

There is high speed wifi, cable and a large 32" flat screen TV
Located in a classic building in one of the best parts of NY. There
is no elevator, located on the 4th floor (3 flights up).
A terrific apartment, sophisticated and elegant, very European.
