Owner Description

Come to Ocean City and enjoy the charm of a classic Ocean City upper cottage that is a two minute walk or 10 houses away from the beach or boardwalk. We take great pride in our summer cottage and are always anxious to meet new and returning families to our cottages.
This four bedroom cottage has two floors of living space. The four bedrooms and full bath are on the top floor and just below on the second floor is the large kitchen, dining room with seating for 9 and an expansive living room that is just the right size for your family. Ocean City is known for its great porches and this cottage has three. The front deck right off the living room has comfortable wicker furniture and rocking chairs. This cottage also has a full sized washer and dryer. The driveway can fit two cars comfortably and possibly three depending on the size of your cars.

This upper cottage sleeps a total of nine persons and this total includes infants/children. We are very strict about our occupancy limits. Our rentals are for family type rentals only and we do not rent to high schoolers or college groups. We live on the premises next door.

Upon check out renters are expected to leave the cottage in the same clean condition as found. A list of cleaning expectations are posted in the unit. Tenant understands that they will loose their deposit if the unit is not in the same clean condit

Owners will meet you upon arrival to give you the keys and give you a tour.

Check-Out Procedure:

Check out is by 10am.
