Coco's Cottage is located on the west end of Panama City Beach is a truly unique vacation destination. Coco's Cottage is located just 1block from the beach (approximately 300 yards). You can hear the soothing sounds of the ocean from your deck and master bedroom. Coco's Cottage is not located in a busy, crowded and noisy high-rise. It is in a small community with 12 units in the entire building and comes with all the comforts of home set in a quaint atmosphere.
Coco's Cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom with king size bed, a twin sleeper chair in living room, flat panel television in living room and master bedroom, 1 bathroom, large deck, and a washer and dryer. This condo is the perfect size for a couple or a small family. No one under 25 will be allowed to rent unless they are accompanied by an adult (will be confirmed upon arrival).
Coco's Cottage is conveniently located near Carillon, Rosemary Beach, Seaside and Watercolor. There are numerous great restaurants along 30A (2 miles from condo), Frank Brown Park with tennis courts and swimming pool, or anything you may want can be find at Pier Park, which is very close to condo also.
So if you are looking for a great getaway at a great price, then Coco's Cottage is for you. We are booking for Spring Break and Summer so you better get your reservation in fast as this unit will book quickly.

Check-In Procedure:
Upon booking and owner receiving payment in full, owner will forward via email an information sheet listing door lock combination and general information about the unit.
Check-Out Procedure:
To check out, you will need to return key by placing it back into the door lock container. Also, all lights need to be turned off, doors locked, air conditioning turned up and trash taken out to dumpster.
