Welcome to your very own Lake Simcoe Getaway. Our house has everything you could possibly need; a place to sleep, a place to relax, and a place to have fun! Situated on direct lakefront, this cozy cottage is perfect for the family getaway, girl's weekend away, or a romantic couples retreat. Right on the shores of Lake Simcoe, this cottage has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. Master Bedroom has a double bed, and the second bedroom has a futon bunk bed, with a double mattress on the bottom, and a single on top. In the living room, you will find a queen size pull out couch that may be the most comfortable pull out bed you've ever slept on! Beautiful views from the sun room where you can curl up with a good book from our library, or access the internet to stay current with everything. The living room boasts a 40" flat panel HD TV, a DVD player, a stereo system with CD player and blue tooth capability, and even a retro Playstation1 system complete with a wide selection of games. The cottage has been recently renovated, so everything is new. Have a BBQ in the back, overlooking the lake, and then enjoy your meal at the outdoor table which seats 7. As the sun sets, enjoy the colours and a glass of wine on the deck at the bistro set provided. Continue your evening with a fire in the chimnea. Some firewood is provided. The shore line is protected with a large rock breakwall, and there is a dock heading out into the water. Just a few doors down is a public green belt on the waterfront that provides a horse shoe pit and gradual access to the lake. And if you are coming for a winter getaway, the cottage is equipped with a gas furnace to keep everyone warm.

Deposit and Refund Policy:
A deposit of 50% of the rental fee is required at time of booking. Damage deposit and balance required 4 weeks prior to arrival.
If reservation is cancelled , and cottage can be rebooked, entire deposit will be refunded less a $75.00 administration fee. Maximum amount of cancellation will be 50% of deposit plus $75.00 administration fee if cottage can not be rebooked. If a partial rebooking is possible, the cancellation fee will work on a sliding scale. If pre-arranged, administration fee may be waived.

Cleaning Expectations of Renter:
Renters are expected to leave the cottage in the same condition as it was upon their arrival. All linens and towels that were used should be left in the bathtub. LInens and towels are replaced in between rentals.
Check-In Procedure:
After final payment and rental confirmation, renters will receive a code for the lock box in order to get the keys. A handbook "Welcome to Lake Simcoe Getaway" will be on site for further instructions.
Check-Out Procedure:
Guests must ensure all windows and doors are closed and locked and that the keys are placed back in the lock box. All used linens and towels should be left in the bathtub, and the cottage should be in the same condition it was in upon arrival.
