Deposit and Refund Policy:
There is a $500 security deposit on all rentals that is refundable 20-25 days from the day you leave the property. It is refundable in full unless either a cleaner or trash service is called upon.

Cleaning Expectations of Renter:
The tenant has the option of either cleaning the house following their departure or having us hire a service for them for which they will be charge. I the tenant chooses to do the cleaning house needs to be left in tenant ready condition.
Check-In Procedure:
Please check in with Phillips Real Estate to receive directions and keys to the property. Check in time is 3PM.
Check-Out Procedure:
Check out is by 10AM. Tenants need to either clean the house themselves prior to their departure or we can arrange to have a cleaning service do the cleaning. The cost for this service is $30 per hour.
