This quaint cabin offers sleeping for 4. There is a Queen bed in the bedroom and the living room shuts off, to offer a second sleeping area on the Queen sofa bed. Built in 1948, this cabin still maintains it's old Tahoe charm. The knotty pine walls, hardwood floors and cabinetry are all original. The bathroom, however, has been remodeled and has a stall shower and washer and dryer. The living room has a rock fireplace with a log mantle, TV with DVD and VCR, Boom Box with CD player, micro-suede sofa sleeper, leather chair with ottoman, and of course, a bed for the dog. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas range, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, coffee grinder, espresso maker, blender, pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. There is a bistro table and four chairs. Outside, there is a charcoal barbeque, picnic table and patio chairs. Relax and enjoy one of the quietest streets in Pineland. Sit on the porch and listen to Ward Creek, or stroll around the block and walk along it's shores. We also allow dogs and this large lot gives them plenty of room to run around. This charming cabin is located approximately 2 miles south of Tahoe City, on Tahoe’s Magical West Shore. A ½ mile walk will take you to Sunnyside Resort or the beach. Just down the street, at the end of Ward, is Kilner Park offering tennis, volleyball and a playground area. Located in North Lake Tahoe, this cabin offers easy access to the bike path and mountain biking and hiking trails in summer, and a short drive to Alpine, Squaw Valley, and Homewood ski areas in winter.
