Nicely decorated with beautiful bright beachy colors and is very clean comfortable and modern. Bring your clothes and everything else is there for you to use. Hardwood/ceramic floors, with ceiling fans in every room. Non smoking and adults are preferred. You are more than welcome to smoke out on the deck and patio area.

Deposit is set according to length reservation. Weekly deposit is $300.00. Monthly deposit is $500.00 Deposit is due upon reservation. Deposit is not refundable. When the time is reserved the date is taken off of calendar and is no longer available to others. I have a confirmation letter, and also a rules sheet that I email to the renter. It explains in detail all policies. It is available upon request. .

Cleaning Expectations of Renter:
The unit is cleaned and ready before check in. Upon leaving, renter should remove all dirty linens from bedding. All dirty towels be placed in floor in bath room. Kitchen utensils washed, refrigerator cleaned out, trash removed to outside cans.
